Each wine poured bears an "organic" certification - including: Certified Organic, Certified Biodynamic, or Certified Sustainable LIVE. Jim Millerick of Worldwide Wines will guide us through this growing category of exciting producers, with cuisine expertly paired by Steven Morron, Executive Chef of Uncorked Restaurant & Wine Bar.
